Building a More Inclusive South Africa

Access4All-SA was founded in 2018 by Mrs Gina Bishop with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between need and access for South Africa's most vulnerable communities. We focus on creating meaningful, sustainable opportunities through skills development, inclusive training, employment pathways, and community upliftment. Our work is driven by a commitment to accessibility, equality, and economic participation for all.

Her lived experience as a disability advocate and her deep-rooted passion for social justice have shaped every program and initiative Access4All-SA has launched. Under her leadership, the organisation has grown from a local grassroots project into a registered, fully compliant NPO impacting thousands of lives across Gauteng.

Aunty G — The Heart of It All

Mrs Gina Bishop—affectionately known as “Aunty G” by the communities she serves—is the living embodiment of Access4All-SA’s mission. A disability consultant, community activist, and visionary leader, she started this organisation because she refused to accept a system that leaves people behind.

Every training session she runs, every food parcel she helps distribute, and every learner she mentors is a direct expression of her belief that service is not charity—it is justice.

“Same need, different challenge. We are here to close that gap.”
